Design and Architecture

An Altiris Design and Architecture engagement is geared towards the customer who wants Altiris' help in assessing how Altiris solutions can be tailored to fit their business requirements and technical environment and in documenting a detailed solution design.

Full Implementation

A Full Implementation is geared towards the customer who wants Altiris' help in leveraging the processes developed during the design and refined in the pilot to deploy the validated solution to all the devices in scope. During the Full Implementation, the primary object is to deploy the validated design solution to the remaining production computers.

Transition and Migration

Transition and Migration engagements focus on designing, piloting and/or implementing an OS migration strategy tailored to the customer’s requirements.

Customers with reporting requirements that go beyond the standard reports included with Altiris solutions will benefit from this offering.

IT Project Management

Altiris includes project management services on engagements that involve longer timeframes, more complex business goals, joint solutions, or other requirements. Project management may include on- or off-site services to help ensure firm schedules and communications with the consulting, support, and customer teams during these complex engagements. Altiris’ policy of including project management on these engagements helps to reduce the customer’s overall services time and costs.

Documentation Services
