If you are unable to attend a course
If you are unable to attend an Altiris instructor-led training course for which you have registered, you may send a substitute free of charge. If you cannot send a substitute or otherwise need to cancel your class registration, please provide written notice to the Altiris training coordinator via e-mail at altiriseducation@symantec.com or by fax at 801.772.2896. Cancellation requests received by Altiris 10 days or more prior to the class start date will receive full credit for another class. Credit is not available for cancellation requests received by Altiris nine or fewer days before the class start date.
will altiris ever need to cancel a class?
Altiris reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the unlikely event an Altiris class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to receive a full refund of your registration fees or credit for another class. Altiris will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and hotel reservations.
