eBay WTF of the Day: The V-Tip

The headline seems innocuous enough: Cute & unusual black stretch skirt with embroidery. However, look at the item. There's something going on here that I don't think is all right. Can you guess what it is?

Here's a clue from the listing's text: "Tapering to a V at the front and straight across at the back.  Embroidered flowers at the V tip."

First of all, I'm not comfortable with the term "V tip." "V tip" does not conjure images of a skirt feature for me. I've certainly been known to have my head in the gutter from time to time, but this time? It's not my fault. A V tip is a vajayjay. Ask anyone.

The term isn't really the problem, though; the problem is what it describes. This skirt is straight across at the back but comes to a V at the front, so as to highlight and remind anyone who's forgotten the fact that you have a V shape quite nearby under the skirt. This is akin to the cone bra, only less classy and with embroidery on it that looks like something you'd see on someone's lower back in a "Girls Gone Wild" video. And yet somehow, even with flowers on the vajayjay, it still manages to look sort of frumpy.

V tip? I disapprove of you, and hereby declare a WTF all over your kind, floral or otherwise.
