Flu Shot and a Lap Dance
There are a few things one expects to find at a strip club -- go-go boots, lap dances, lots of dollar bills, and some unsavory items we won't mention. But at Rachel's Gentlemen's Club in Casselberry, Fla., you can also get yourself a flu shot.
According to a story on WESH.com, the strip club has been buying flu shots every year for the past six years. The establishment provides the flu shots free of charge to Casselberry residents, city employees, veterans and senior citizens. And in addition to a free inoculation, flu shot recipients are treated to a gourmet buffet.
The flu shots are administered by health care professionals in the club's VIP room (yes, we're serious), and most of the people who show up are senior citizens. And while you might think a shot at a strip joint might make Grandma a little squeamish, most seem to genuinely appreciate that Rachel's is giving back to the community.
"I think it's great," resident Barbara Becker told WESH.com. "I wish I had some of these figures like these girls do. They're beautiful girls."
