Remember Lil Wayne? Of course you do. He's that Grammy-winning "Lollipop" fellow whose Tha Carter III was the bestselling album of 2008 and the last title to sell over a million copies in a single week. How did the Big Easy rapper do it? He says he built the hype by releasing free mixtapes online, and the popular rapper is at it again.

Weezy (as he's often called) just dropped No Ceilings, a new mixtape in which he axes the guitars and goes with the flow. The 17-track album features songs like "Swag Surfin'," "Ice Cream Paint Job," "Watch My Shoes" and "Banned From TV" over popular tracks by Jay-Z, Kid Cudi and even the Black Eyed Peas (over "I Gotta Feeling," for those who are wondering). It's some crazy stuff.

It'll only be days before the pirated DVD guys are selling this stuff on Canal St. and elsewhere, but you can download for free here and other websites. In December, the Cash Money rapper is expected to release his first official guitar album, Rebirth, and a new hip-hop album is expected to follow.
