Manhattan socialite Tinsley Mortimer has a new CW reality series called Empire State, and she's using the show to help promote a City of Hope charity event this weekend. A Night of Mischief, a Halloween party at the Marquee in NYC, will donate proceeds to the organization and its fight against cancer and other terminal diseases.

Mortimer, whose new show debuts this winter, will be bringing the network cameras to call attention to the cause, but she won't be the only famous face in the crowd. Cast members from Gossip Girl and The City will appear at the event as part of "Future of Hope," a group of young philanthropists associated with the organization.

Tickets are $99 in advance and $120 at the door, and the party features an open bar courtesy of Three Olives Vodka, Innocente Tequila and Manhattan Beer Company. There will also be a dessert bar and a raffle featuring several big-ticket items, including Valentino Handbags, Knicks tickets and a private dinner by Hell's Kitchen cook Chef Rob.
