Colombian songstress Shakira is known for her heavenly voice and killer dance moves. Now the 32-year-old singer is revealing her latest alter-ego in her new sexy video "She-Wolf" as she prepares to release her upcoming album.

"I'm less shy now that I hit my 30's. After that happens you feel a little bit more free, you accept yourself in many different ways and your more comfortable in your own flesh," she told Fox News' Pop Tarts.

"I'm not a trained dancer. I did a little bit of gymnastic when I was 12; everything else it’s just me feeling the music. But I do have an unorthodox way to approve my music or test it," Shakira added. "When I'm in the studio and I'm producing my own music, [I've got to] make sure I connect to it at a physical level. My body has to move and my hips have to move and if I don't see that kind of reaction, that physical reaction, then I know that something is not working."

Her healthy outlook on her body and her career is evident, even as she reveals she regularly visits a therapist to keep herself in check.

“I like having a person who helps me analyze myself,” Shakira told Latina magazine. “I recommend it to every person I know. I have a lot of friends that go to therapy now, and their lives have changed in such positive ways.

Despite her having one of Hollywood's more enviable bodies, something Shakira can't wait for? Motherhood. “Sometimes at night, I think of myself with a big belly. That’s my happy place. I want to have a huge belly -- I crave that!”

I'm going to choose to believe this amazing talent is not just trying to get on our good sides by being so cool and level-headed, after all her "hips don't lie."
