New Viagra Dessert Stimulates Your Taste Buds — And More
If a Colombian dessert has you a little, um, excited, we're not surprised. Why? The concoction features a very special ingredient: Viagra.
Students at a state cooking school in the Colombian province of Quindio crafted the randy confection, which they dubbed the "love dessert," and recently debuted it at the "Gastronomy 2009" show in Bogota.
According to the Associated Press, Sebastian Gomez, one of the creators, explained that the idea was to reinterpret the little blue pill into a new kind of aphrodisiac ... and a yummy one at that.
Aside from Viagra, ingredients include passion fruit (duh) and a whipped cream and chocolate garnish. It's served in a parfait glass.
Alas, if you're looking for it at a restaurant near you, you'll have a long wait. The dessert can't be sold commercially because Viagra is only available via prescription after all.
But if your man has a legit script for the pills, and you've got the ingredients there's no stopping you from making your own love dessert, which might lead to an even yummier dessert later ....
