From Iron Man to Robin HoodBy Ben Corbett | Tuesday, October 20, 2009 3:34 PM ET
With Iron Man II now in post-production for an April 2010 release, actress Gwyneth Paltrow has been pouring energy into one of her other main passions – helping to stem the tide of poverty in New York City. On Monday, the greeting card company Tiny Prints announced a new holiday photo card line designed by Paltrow, with a portion of the proceeds going straight to Robin Hood, the leading charity that funds more than 200 organizations fighting poverty throughout New York City. Paltrow's exclusive designs comes in three styles, featuring pastel tones and flower motifs. The greeting cards are made to be personalized with photo images with an assortment of background colors to choose from. With prices beginning at $1.34, the cards come in lots of 50 and can be seen at the Paltrow Holiday Collection page at Tiny Prints.
Said Paltrow in a statement: "Card sales raise much-needed funds for our less-fortunate neighbors, and every single card spreads the word about Robin Hood's vital work in New York City."
