It is aptly named the "<a rel="follow" href="http://www.improv.com/ComedyClub/Hollywood/Event/AUSTRALIA-IS-REALLY-DOWN-UNDER-CHARITY-BENEFIT-(Special-Event)/4d2f5c98-95ba-439e-a2cf-645055d47dfb" target="_blank">Australia Is Really Down Under Charity Benefit</a>."</p><p>The <a rel="follow" href="http://www.laughstub.com/improv/buy.cfm?id=66591" target="_blank">$20 ticket price</a> will go to disaster relief in Queensland, so a full house will lead to a substantial donation for the Premier's Disaster Relief Appeal.</p><p>Since <a rel="follow" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010%E2%80%932011_Queensland_floods" target="_blank">the flooding</a> began in December, it has decimated the northeast corner of the continent. At least 35 have been killed (some under <a rel="follow" href="http://www.tonic.com/article/a-teen-hero-emerges-from-the-australia-floods/" target="_blank">heroic circumstances</a>) and thousands more have had to evacuate their homes.</p><p>Watch Jefferies' sometimes NSFW comedy <a rel="follow" href="http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=jim+jefferies&aq=f" target="_blank">here</a>. If you can't make it, you can donate to the relief fund <a rel="follow" href="http://telethon.smartservice.qld.gov.au/" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><em>Photo 1 courtesy of Jim Jeffries.</em></p>
