Quick, take a look around. What do you see? Most likely you've got piles of papers (bills, memos, notebooks, mail), fighting for space with myriad items on your desk. There are maybe clothes strewn like daisy chains and stacks of really important things that you plan to get to but just not today, thank you very much.
It's clutter.
And clutter is bad for your mind, soul and spirit. (No, really, it is. It's not just your mother-in-law who says so.) Too much clutter can bring you down. You can feel frenetic from the frenzied mish-mash and why wouldn't you? It's just so much ... stuff. Usually everywhere.
