Do Your Taxes Online

It's the time of the year when we receive our W-2s and other income data for 2008 and begin compiling what we actually owe to Uncle Sam.

So, if you don't do so already, be sure to do your taxes online. It's simpler and you can complete the process faster. Over 72 million tax returns are e-filed, 20 million directly from home computers.

If every tax return were e-filed, it would save at least 660 million sheets of paper — stacked to equal more than 36,000 6-foot-tall IRS agents. And hopefully, you won't encounter 66,000 IRS agents anytime soon! Source: The Green Book.
