eBay WTF of the Day: Leather Jacket Done Wrong
Unacceptable. This is a leather jacket. A leather jacket. The very mention of the garment lends an air of coolness, a sense that whatever it is, it's probably worthy of Danny in Grease, or at least Kenickie. Not this jacket.
It is intended for a woman. I had to check.
I guess I should have known, right? That turquoise leather, the mystery cheetah-esque details over the red bib, the gangly fringe over the tiger arms ... that is some serious cougar fashion action. No self-respecting man would ever wear such a thing. And no self-respecting woman could ever pass it up, right?
Wrong.
This is almost a Lady Gaga costume. That's right. I'm comparing this item to the wardrobe of a woman who once wore a jacket entirely covered in plush Kermit the Frogs. That's how strongly I feel about this.
