Golfing is Fun: Just Don't Hurt the Animals!
When you play golf, you focus on things like your stance and your swing. But do you ever stop to think about what happens with all of those wayward (what, like, only one or two, right?) balls that go into the water?
Turns out the innocent victims of our leisurely activities -- such as spending the day on a course -- are the marine animals (or, perhaps the baby squirrel that met its early demise after getting struck on the head with a golf ball hit by my friend's mother, but that's another story) that try to swallow those balls down in some of the most premier seaside courses.
The solution, GreenIsSexy.com, helpfully points out, is not extra sessions with your pro, but to invest in a few packs of water soluble Eco Golf Balls that are non-toxic, and will totally degrade in water turning into only carbon dioxide and water. Brills, right?
No harm no foul to the ocean , so you can get back to working out how to get out of the sand trap (once, twice, tops, right?)
