File Under Awesome: Beth Ditto's Fashion Line

Let's just remember that there is no perfect body type. I mean, isn't it all the eye of the beholder anyway?

On the heels of getting called "fat" by the editor of British GQ, Beth Ditto (seen right on the cover of Love Magazine), the lead singer of the band Gossip, is getting ready to launch her much anticipated collection of plus-size clothing for the U.K. label Evans. You know what band that editor should be in? Take That. I'm not saying we shouldn't remember we're living in an obesity epidemic, but the fuller-figured should have the option of rocking some seriously cool threads too, no?

The official launch for the line is July 9, and from the peek you can see here, she's hoping to make the domino look happen. Most likely on the stretch tops, fitted jackets, acid prints and cut-off trousers that the Times Online reported will be in the collection.

That's the gossip anyway, and it sounds fabulous.
