Fish Is the Thing for Dinner
Fish is so good for you. It's known as brain food, a mood lifter, and if you eat the right kind (smaller fish) like salmon and trout, you won't have the high-mercury contaminant factor to worry about.
Fish can provoke a strong reaction: "Gross, fish is just too fishy" being one of the most common, but maybe, I'm guessing, those people have just had poorly prepared fish. To that end, Cooking Light gives us 20 ways of cooking fish (in under 20 minutes, conveniently) that sound delicious. And let's face it, salmon might be one of those touted superfoods with all the omega-3s and vitamin D and calcium it has, but after a few weeks of broiled salmon again and again, even that does seem all that super for supper.
So try Thai-style roasted trout, or pesto halibut kebabs, and with five different salmon dishes, there's something there to please a palate.
