Frisky Business: Sex Toy Talk
Ask the Loveologist is a feature blog on the website Care2.com and this week's column answers the what, how, where and whens of sex toys. Well, maybe not the whens, because ... yeah.
Apparently a lot of y'all are getting busy with the electronics: Over 50 percent of the population uses some sort of vibrating device. And, as all things have evolved in the "eco/green" spectrum lately, so have they. There are now pthalate-free vibrators which is good for both you and the environment. The pthalates (plasticizers that make plastic bendy and pliable) used in their production have been called into question because of the high levels of off-gassing (which sounds gross, and is, but in a different way), so the Loveologist suggests that you check into more chemically-free versions of such apparati, which can be found by clicking here.
Wendy Strgar, aka the (mono-vowel) Loveologist, also has her own website, with a plethora of information on sex toys and more (much more) which can be found here.
