Get Bent: National Yoga Month Happening Now

If you've always wanted to try yoga, but thought you weren't flexible enough, centered enough or just like that, you know, "someone who does yoga," September is your chance to put those thoughts to rest!

National Yoga Month is happening all through September and for that, you can try one whole week of yoga for free.

For. Free.

It's great free yoga fun, made all the more fun because the benefits are so spectacular. You can destress yourself, improve your mood and immune system and calm your mind while trying something new (for free, so very recession-friendly).

Yogamonth.org provides these handy guidelines on how you can go procuring your 7 days of bliss:

1. Start by Choosing a Yoga Studio.

2. Print your Yoga Month Card

3. Visit your Yoga Studio

4. Downward Dog your Way to Peace and Happiness.

Click here for all the details.
