Get Tonic on Your iPad Flipboard App

For those of you out there who have given in to the iPad craze, a glorious new app called Flipboard is taking the iPad by storm — and the best part is that it is free. The app actually translates your social media feeds (Facebook and Twitter) as well as many major online media content into an attractive magazine format to make it easier to enjoy your favorite online news and media.
The good news is that you can easily add Tonic's stories to the Flipboard app in just about two steps in under a minute. As Tonic's resident iPad guru, here are my easy instructions:
1. Go to the main "flip" page of your Flipboard application and select an empty module that displays "Add a Section."

Next, a module will appear with a search function and "recommended" media.

2. Enter Tonic's Twitter name, @tonic, into the "Add a Section" search box and you should see @tonic displaying beneath "Add Twitter User." When you select "Search" on the virtual keyboard, the app will automatically add Tonic as an option on your Flipboard Content home page.

That's it! When you select the Tonic icon, all the latest content will appear in an easy-to-read format. The app allows you to "flip" through Tonic content like a magazine.

The app allows you to add your Facebook news feed and Twitter feed in the same format. Now, you have one more excuse not to leave your couch. Who needs a laptop anymore? Pretty cool, eh?
