This Gibberish Rock Sounds Like ... English
Ever wonder what English sounds like to the foreign ear? Well, thanks to Italian musician Adriano Celentano, who penned his interpretation in 1972, you can find out. In their best American accents, Celetano and Raffaella CarrĂ perform "Prisencolinensinainciusol." Although the song is complete gibberish, it all sounds very familiar.
And, if for some reason you don't dig the sound, the choreography and costumes a la 1972, are well worth the watch.
