I Love My Job

This recession has many workers hoping to just keep their jobs, but some lucky employees are getting paid with perks to boot, including things like free yoga, paid sabbaticals and full coverage for fertility treatments.

We’re talking about Fortune’s list of the 100 Best Companies To Work For. The top ten have a mix of great healthcare, free gym memberships and fair pay. But we’re interested in the real perks that really give you employee envy (think free on-site massage therapist at Google).

At Oklahoma City-based Devon Energy, 401K contributions range between 11 to 22 percent of a worker’s pay. At Connecticut grocer Stew Leonard, employees who’ve been on the job for 20 years are invited to a gourmet dinner with the company’s founders Stew and Marianne Leonard. At shoe company Zappos, there’s free lunch everyday. And at Baptist Health in South Florida, they gave home buyers between $2,000 and $10,000 towards their down payment.

Must be nice. Most of us are just hoping for a full roll of toilet paper in the office bathroom.
