It's Time to Say Arrivederci to Italy
For the first time in 34 years, the experienced Italian soccer team is out of the World Cup in the first round, beaten by a Slovakia, a group made up largely of young, internationally unknown players.
Italy is the second most successful national team in the history of the World Cup, having won four titles, only one less then Brazil. This is sad news for the Italians undoubtedly, but good news for all the other teams who now have a better shot for winning the 2010 World Cup!
Here is a short Italian lesson to help you greet and comfort your bummed out Italian ragazzi.
