National Cheesecake Day 2010

What better way to celebrate National Cheesecake Day then to ... duh, eat some cheesecake? Good thing you've made this glorious decision to be a fatty — just for today, of course — because there are plenty of promotions to help honor your wishes for yumminess.

The Cheesecake Factory is offering half price cheesecakes at these locations. You can also get $5 off any selection of cheesecake bought online.

In addition to getting bargain cakes, the restaurant says that 25 cents from each slice sold will be donated to Feeding America, an organization that uses a nationwide network of  food banks to fight hunger.

A quarter might feel like nothing, but over the last two years, The Cheesecake Factory has donated more than $1.2 million to the organization. If the kicker wasn't half-off cheesecake, knowing that you're giving back to a great cause should push you way over the edge.

The universe has made it easy, cheap and kind for you to celebrate. Don't think twice and go for it!
