No Eyebrows? No Problem.

The latest in cutting-edge fashion means you'll put your best fresh-face forward. Like, real fresh. Freshly unfettered by anything as distracting as your eyebrows.

Yes, the new fashion frontier (at least for the next five minutes) is having no eyebrows.

Kim Kardashian of the reality-television circus sphere shows up without her very prominent brows in a new photo shoot, and models as well as regular folks are bleaching them or shaving them to present a new look, that actually gets a few second looks. But not everyone is blessed with Jennifer Connelly or Brooke Shields-quality brows, so maybe it's a look that signals a shift in what we think looks "right" for the face. Or, as the New York Times piece on the subject asks, maybe a no-brow look reflects, once again, that old chestnut, an indication of the economic downturn? You don't have to buy a product to keep current, so there's that upshot.

I'm not buying that, actually, but it's an interesting take on the one part of the face that you can take off.
