The method? Bags. Big bags they can draw on. Confused? Sorry! Let me explain.

Simply Re-Gift makes Friendship Bags. Friendship Bags come with four coloring book-style panels, and you (or your child, or your inner child) color one panel however you'd like. You register the bag (it has an ID number) on a secure website, then send the bag to a friend. The friend colors a panel and sends it to another friend. Then that friend does the same, and so on, until all the panels are filled. The whole time, you and your child can track the bag online and interact with people who've received it. The last person to receive the bag sends it back to you, and now you have a completely unique, personalized, reusable bag for school supplies, sports gear, whatever you've got.

It's like Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon meets the chain letter, meets ... coloring a bag. Like I said, it's really unusual!

The four-panel model makes sense; it's likely to go farther away than you'd expect, but not so far that it won't come back to you.

The bags come in five styles: Sports, Peace, Party, Graffiti and Camo — so if you hate football (or peace), you don't have to color a football (or peace).
