Stone Zeppelin Fighters?

In true ironic fashion, people who say rock's dead might be answering to the vultures. Them Crooked Vultures, that is.

Rock fans, hold on to your hats. Them Crooked Vultures is a new group featuring Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana), Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age) and the legendary John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin). After Lollapalooza ended last Sunday, the group played its very first live show at the Metro in Chicago. What I would have given to be there!

Right now, all that's available is a quick 14-second snippet of rockin' guitars, which you can listen to below. The song is called "Nobody Loves Us and Neither Do I" (no, it's not a Fall Out Boy cover), and the band posted the link this week on their Twitter page.
