
Off the shores of Alexandria, Egypt lie ruins over 1,600 years old that were once Cleopatra’s palace. Submerged under water, a team of divers are excavating one of the most valuable underwater archaeological sites in the world.
The retrieved artifacts will go on display at Philadelphia’s Franklin Institute in an exhibition titled “Cleopatra: The Search for the Last Queen of Egypt” from Jun. 5 to Jan. 2.
