The One Dress Project just announced that Saheela Ibraheem from Nigeria who is only 15 years old, was accepted to 13 of America’s most prestigious schools including Princeton, University of Pennsylvania and Columbia.
So where is she going?
She finally chose Harvard to be her alma mater.
Her country is obviously very proud of her. Bukky Adekanbi from Nigeria said, “It is always joyful to hear that Nigerians are doing great things around the world regardless of how bad some international media tried to portray us. We Nigerians here in America are proud of Saheela and her parents.”
What can be attributed to her extraordinary intelligence and hard work?
“It all comes down to the support I’ve had at home, from my parents, even my brothers being there every step of the way,” Saheela said.
This amazing young lady also also plays soccer, softball and the trombone. She plans to study neuroscience or neurobiology. We’re already taking bets on what she’ll invent/cure/save.
