If you caught Sunday’s Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys game, you know what I’m talking about. It was the top of the fourth quarter, and one NFL referee was off his game — literally. Maybe he was grabbing a beer, or maybe the lack of a Texans offense bored him to tears and he fell asleep. For whatever reason, he completely missed the play and had to consult with his colleagues to fill him in. [Insert your Texans are slower than molasses joke here.] Good thing he had a sense of humor and could laugh with all of us at home who had just spit out our drinks, we were laughing so hard.
