A 29-year-old woman was knocked unconscious and fell into Virginia‘s James River. Luckily, 13 strangers jumped in to help by forming a human chain.
When they finally dragged her out of the water, one person performed CPR until the paramedics arrived. The attending hospital said that she is expected to make a full recovery.
