During a webchat with his fans, David Beckham was asked the same thing. He responded that he would want to build Lego models. Huh?
But it made an impression. Emma Owen, the spokeswoman for Lego UK, said that sales for the most advanced Lego model (a replica of the Taj Mahal) jumped 663 percent in 24 hours!
“As a fan of the product, David Beckham and his family have been invited to tour the Lego headquarters in Billund, Denmark, and contribute new ideas to the Lego Group,” Owen said.
