Sarah Dooley,13, has been confined to a wheelchair for most of her life, but the Jonas Brothers fan declared that she would walk to their concert at Cleveland‘s Quicken Loans Arena on Aug. 31.

She underwent intense physical therapy and learned to use a walker in anticipation of meeting the three Disney heartthrobs. Her mother, Donna Dooley, believed she was ready and bought tickets for Sarah and a family friend. Local station Fox 8 broadcast their story on Monday, and at the last minute, they got to meet Nick, Kevin and Joe, who saw her story.

Not only did she get to meet the Jonas Brothers, but Dooley also got out of her wheelchair and walked to receive a big hug from Nick.

“She stood up and walked to them and got a big hug from Nick,” Donna, told local Fox 8 reporter Mark Zinni. “She was just all giddy. She was in heaven!”

“They said her video touched their hearts,” Donna added. “It’s more than I could have ever dreamed of for her. Her dreams are truly fulfilled now. She’ll never forget it.”

Turning the big 3-0 has allowed Bell to stop beating herself up over the small stuff in life.
