I want to tell you about our new project. We are building a platform to inform and educate boys about Brazilian society: How to be a goodcitizenship; how fight prejudice and corruption; and develop and appreciation for health issues including disease prevention strategies. It is a bold project, but we have great, highly motivated people commited to helping to make Brazil better by focuings our energy on the kids.
We will have a teaser site online in a few weeks and hope to go live in 3-6 months. It will be free available to everyone.
At this point we are looking for information, suggestions, comments etc.I If you know any initiatives like projeto.nu please send us an e-mail, also send your thoughts and links to videos or anything you think could be useful to us. We need people to help editing videos, we need suggestions and ideas to idealists that think we can make the world a better place.

Projeto.nu is a non profit created in August 2011 to educate Brazilian and South American Boys. “Cidadania, Saúde e combate ao preconceito e puritanismo” is our mission, translated as “promotion of citizenship, health and fight prejudice and puritanism”. We hope to fight corruption in Brazil, educate about disease prevention and health promotion, we will also address issues of prejudice and puritanism. To do so we have a group of volunteers to support and help kids through the creation of an online tool that will post videos to inform and educate based on scientific information, objectively, without prejudice or bias.
