airplane.jpg

At 32,808 feet, the Russian airliner Tu-154′s systems completely failed, and the flight from Yakutia to Moscow made an emergency landing on the Izhma military airfield in the Komi Republic.

The plane had nine crew members and 72 passengers, including three children and one pregnant woman, and all 81 people miraculously survived the landing.

One of the passengers, Alexei Grishin, said:

We’re very thankful to the crew. They stayed calm – hence, we were calm too. We had no time to get frightened. Later, when we left the plane, we felt fear. It was simply God’s will that everything ended well.”

Thanks to the skillful crew who heroically got everyone on the plane back on land without injury.
