They’re smart, funny and talented — the whole package. That’s why the all-male a cappella group from Yeshiva University called the Maccabeats is well on its way to having one million hits on YouTube for their rendition of the popular song “Dynamite” by Taio Cruz.
The Maccabeats’ version is entitled “Candlelight” and has lyrics such as, “I throw my latkes in the air sometimes, singing ay-oh, spin the dreidel.” I hope this video is enjoyed by everyone everywhere in light of Hanukkah. It’s just so good.
