Could life get any better for Natalie Portman?
Already nominated for a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance in Black Swan, the actress just announced to PEOPLE that she is pregnant with her first child and engaged to boyfriend Benjamin Millepied.
They met on the set of Black Swan, where Millepied was her off-screen choreographer and on-screen dance partner.
2011 will be even bigger for Portman, what with awards sure to be won, the baby’s birth and three new movies (No Strings Attached, Your Highness and Thor) hitting theaters.
The actress, humanitarian, vegetarian and animal rights activist remains devoted to the causes she’s passionate about. Portman has traveled to Uganda, Guatemala and Ecuador on behalf of the Foundation for International Community Assistance (FINCA), and is also an ambassador for Shoe4Africa. Not surprise to her fiancée, we’re sure, she was once voted the “World’s Sexiest Vegetarian” by PETA.
